One of source are fatty fishes – especially salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna.

If you are vegan you can find them in plant-based foods. Flaxseeds are the best alternative. Good flax seed cold pressed oil stored in fridge can have even more than 50% omega 3 acids.

But if you don’t eat enough fishes or don’t like a taste of flaxseed oil, you can also choose dietary supplements.
